Payments
Clients must pay agreed fees according to the stated schedule. Third-party advertising spend, platform fees, subscriptions, licensed assets and similar external costs are separate unless expressly included.
Client Responsibilities

- Ensure products, claims, content, data and advertising are lawful and policy-compliant.
- Maintain appropriate account security and authorized access.
- Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timeframes.
Service Limitations
Ad Profit provides professional support within the agreed scope but does not promise outcomes that depend on audiences, markets, client offers, budgets, platform systems or other external factors.
Intellectual Property and Creative Content
Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables should be defined in the service agreement. Ad Profit retains rights in pre-existing materials, methods and tools. Clients confirm they have permission to supply any logos, copy, images, data or other materials used in the work.
Third-Party Platforms
Meta/Facebook, Telegram and other third-party services are independent from Ad Profit. Their own terms, policies and systems apply and may change without notice.
Advertising Platform Decisions
Ad Profit does not control account approvals, restrictions, suspensions, platform decisions, algorithms, ad delivery, platform availability or policy changes. Ad Profit does not guarantee account approval or restoration, advertising performance, sales, profit or return on investment.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability should be limited fairly in relation to the service fees and direct losses arising from the agreed work. Ad Profit should not be responsible for indirect losses or independent platform actions beyond its reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing service according to the agreed notice terms. Amounts due for completed work, committed resources and non-recoverable costs remain payable. Access and confidential information should be returned or removed as appropriate.
Changes to Services or Terms
Services and these terms may be updated. Material changes apply prospectively unless otherwise agreed. The version accepted for an existing order remains relevant to that order.
